| Abstract: | The thesis summarizes the structure and principles of the He - Ne laser, and analyses the shortage of the traditional He - Ne laser experiment instrument. At the same time it introduces a new kind of experiment instrument, emphasizes to describe its structure, characteristics and the new variety. |
