| 摘 要： | 本文采用镉柱还原和２．５次微分电分析法，以ＮＯ２－离子与磺胺重氮化反应为基础，对十多种蔬莱中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量同时进行测定，样液中大量硝酸根离子存在不干扰，此法快速灵敏，要避免显色剂二次污染，方法回收率达９０—１０２％．

| Abstract: | The content of nitrate and nitrite of various kinds of the common vegetal have been simultaneously determined by 2. 5th order differential electoanalysis. The mean recovery rate of nitrite was 90-102%. The method has proved to be rapid and sensitive in handling. |
