摘    要:国际教育技术界给B lend ing Learn ing赋予了新的涵义:在教学中既发挥教师在教学过程中的主导作用,又充分发挥学生的主体性。据此,信息技术与化学课堂教学进行整合,应该将课堂内与课堂外,传统媒体与现代媒体,各种各样的评价方式等多方面全方位进行整合,以达到培养学生的化学科学素质,培养学生的创新精神与创新能力的目的。

Abstract:The association of the international education technology has given Blending Learning a new signification that should give full play to teacher's leading role in the course of teaching,and also students' entity.At present,the advantages of the traditional and modern media has failed to been full used.Integration of the informational technology and the class instruction,should be done from all aspects such as the process of classroom teaching,the media and the method of evaluation and so on,in order to improve the student's scientific literature,initiative spirit and the ability of innovation.
