A discussion on the integrating information technology and chemistry instruction from the view of the new signification of the blending learning

The association of the international education technology has given Blending Learning a new signification that should give full play to teacher's leading role in the course of teaching,and also students' entity.At present,the advantages of the traditional and modern media has failed to been full used.Integration of the informational technology and the class instruction,should be done from all aspects such as the process of classroom teaching,the media and the method of evaluation and so on,in order to improve the student's scientific literature,initiative spirit and the ability of innovation.
