旋转式泵类填料密封的动态设计研究

摘    要:对离心泵填料的受力进行了理论分析,通过实验找到了影响泄漏量的因素,如压紧力,填料摩擦系数,初始间隙,密封环长度等。通过对填料环的动态设计,用PTEE-聚苯酯-石墨自润滑复合材料的做离心泵的填料。测试表明,泵的性能明显的地好于使用石棉填料,解决了泵的泄漏。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the force on the filler sealing in the centrifugal pumps.Through the experiments,the factors affecting the leakage rate were found such as the pressing force,the firction coefficient filler,the oviginal gap,the length of the sealing ring and so on.In the experiments,when the PTFE Ekonol Graphite,self lubricating composite materials were used as the sealing filler of the centrifugal pumps and the dynamic design was made,it showed that the performance of the pumps was obviously better than where the asbestos was.As a result,it may solve the leakage of the pumps and decrease the power loss because of friction.
