在思想政治理论课大班教学中实现良好师生互动的思考

师生互动是教学过程中对教师和学生的积极性、主动性加以充分发挥的教学形式之一、实践证明，教学过程中师生互动能创造一个轻松活跃的学习氛围，有助于思想政治理论课教学有效性地发挥，但当前思想政治理论课教学中比较突出的现象是教学班级偏大，不利于师生之间的课内和课外交流，故在思想政治理论课大班教学中如何实现良好的师生互动，是思想政治教育者们所面临的重要课题。

Student-teacher interaction is a necessaW part in the teaching process to activate teachers and students in participating in teaching activities. Practice has proved that it helps to create a relaxing atmosphere of active learning and improve the efficiency of teaching the Ideological and Political Theory. However; the current situation is that most of the classes are oversized. It is difficult to conduct the teacher-student interaction.
