| Abstract: | The quick development of the 16th Middle School in Xinyu in recent years benefits from its new learning thinking and ideas.The ideas of doing scholarly research are "fostering excellent talents,building first-class faculty,creating the modern,open and civilized educational environment." The school mottos are "cultivating moral character,developing the mind,seeking the truth and innovating".This paper introduces the contents of the ideas and some relevant measures. |
