| 摘 要： | 以海南师范大学为例,对大学生群体周末休闲行为的特征进行了研究,其休闲行为特征表现为:1)大学生休闲动机与活动选择表现为盲目性,无价值性,上网与睡觉成为学生在闲暇时间内的最为普遍的活动;2)周末休闲决策受多种因素影响;3)周末休闲消费较为理性;4)休闲活动集中在校园及其附近范围;5)大学生们普遍感到周末休闲生活质量不高.基于此,文章认为在高校加强闲暇教育十分必要,有必要在校内及校外附近适当配置健康的,高质量的,适应大学生身心发展特点的休闲设施与场所.
