| 摘 要： | 教学督导组织是高校教学质量管理体系的重要组成部分,教学督导是高校教学质量管理的重要手段,督导组织及队伍建设是教学质量监控体系中的重要问题.通过分析目前国内高校教学督导组织模式、存在问题以及教学督导在教学质量管理体系中的作用,探讨了教学督导组织及队伍建设的方法.
