| Abstract: | The wreak havoc of SARS revealed the severe situation that the pubic health has confroned in China fully.The consideration following the SARS blocking-action make us clear that the pubic health safety is importang and necessary.Then,a pubic health revolution is carried on to ensure the perfection of the pubic health system stongly in the fields of technology ,orgonazitions,economy,education and so on. |
