武汉城市国际化水平的比较评价与优化路径研究

该文构建测度城市国际化水平的综合指标体系，从经济、政治、文化和生态国际化多重要素出发，系统分析和比较武汉与北京、上海、广州国际化发展的水平及优劣势，并提出优化路径.结果表明，武汉国际化发展的综合水平相对较低，在经济、政治、文化和生态各方面的国际化水平都与三大城市存在全面差距，但武汉优质的劳动力资源是其国际化发展的重要基础力量.在此基础上，指出当前武汉最重要的任务在于“培育城市魅力”，多维度的整合城市自身特色，找准国际化发展的着力点、“四位一体”地推动国际化水平的提升.

Comparative evaluation and improving path on urban internationalization of Wuhan

Using comparative research methods， this study has investigated multi-dimensions of internationalization level from economy， politics， culture， and ecology. The core content focuses on comparing Wuhan's advantages and disadvantages of internationalization level with Beijing， Shanghai and Guangzhou. The results show that the level of internationalization development of Wuhan is relatively low， and there is an overall gap with the three big cities in the internationalization level from economy， politics， culture， and ecology； however， the high-quality labor resources in Wuhan is an important foundation for its international development. Based on the comparison and analysis， Wuhan's international development should be placed on the right point， which is promoting and enhancing comprehensive development of “quaternity” internationalization， including innovation-driven economic internationalization， development-promoting political internationalization， local-characteristic-based cultural internationalization， brand and livable eco-Internationalization.
