摘    要:为解决突发环境风险导致的环境风险问题,提出了环境风险评估模型。以东北某地区为例,通过收集相关环境风险企业数据,运用网格化计算法,构建环境风险评估模型; 基于ArcGIS 工具,进行区域网格化空间分析,编制区域环境风险地图。通过分析与筛选,确定研究区高环境风险区域主要集中在中部和东部靠河流一带,经过对该区环境风险企业的产业结构和生态布局的详尽调查,结合编制环境风险地图,提出具有针对性的城市环境风险防控和应急救援的决策方案。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of environmental risks caused by sudden environmental risks,anenvironmental risk assessment model is proposed. Certain area in Northeast China is taken as an example. Bycollecting data on relevant environmental risk enterprises,using gridded method an environmental risk assessmentmodel is built. Based on the ArcGIS tool,spatial analysis of regional grids is performed to map regionalenvironmental risks. Through analysis and screening,it is determined that the high environmental risk areas inthe study area are concentrated in the east near the river and the central region. After detailed investigation of theindustrial structure and ecological layout of environmental risk enterprises in the district,combined with thepreparation of environmental risk maps. Finally,a targeted decision-making plan for urban environmental riskprevention and control and emergency rescue is proposed.
