基于联合仿真法边缘气隙效应的绕组优化设计

摘    要:优化高频变压器的线圈结构能够减小边缘气隙效应,降低由于边缘气隙效应所引起的线圈涡流损耗和发热.采用场-路联合仿真方法,通过气隙回避设计出了高频变压器的三种新型绕组结构,并与传统变压器结构作对比分析,解决了传统设计方法难以通过优化线圈结构以减少高频变压器线损的问题.

Abstract:Optimizing the high-frequency transformer coil structure can reduce the edge effect of air gap and the eddy current loss and coil overheat caused from the edge effect of air gap. Based on field-circuit coupled method of simulation and air gap avoiding, three kinds of high frequency transformer structures are designed and compared with the traditional structure, which solves the problem that the traditional design way cannot reduce the loss of coil by optimizing the structure of coil.
