红豆杉内生真菌Fusarium solani B2-1萘酮类代谢产物研究

摘    要:从红豆杉中分离得到一株内生真菌Fusarium solani B2-1,经大米固体发酵以后,从乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到4个萘酮类次级代谢产物1~4,鉴定为Dihydronaphthalenone(1)、5-Hydroxydihydrofusarubin C(2)、镰红菌素(3)和Chrysanthones B(4).其中,化合物4为首次从镰刀霉属(Fusarium)真菌中分离得到.化合物1~4具有微弱的抑制海分枝杆菌Mycobacterium marinum ATCCBAA-535增殖活性,浓度为10 μg/mL下的抑制率分别为27.6%、25.0%、28.4%和24.4%.

Abstract:Four naphthalenones (1~4), including dihydronaphthalenone (1), 5-hydroxydihydrofusarubin C (2), Fusarubin (3) and Chrysanthones B (4), were isolated from an EtOAc extract derived from a solid culture of the endophytic fungal strain Fusarium solani B2-1, which originated from Taxus mairei. Compound 4 was firstly isolated from the fungi of the genus Fusarium. All compounds 1~4 showed weak inhibitory activity against Mycobacterium marinum ATCCBAA-535 with inhibitory rate of 27.6%, 25.0%, 28.4% and 24.4% at a concentration of 10 μg/mL, respectively.
