摘    要:建立青钱柳中5种主要的黄酮类成分的一测多评法,验证该方法在青钱柳质量评价中应用的准确性及可行性.以木犀草素为内标,分别建立木犀草素与黄酮苷、山奈酚、槲皮素、异槲皮苷的相对较正因子,计算青钱柳中黄酮苷、山奈酚、槲皮素与异槲皮苷的量,实现一测多评.对来自3个不同地方的5个批次的青钱柳样品,同时采用外标法与一测多评法测定青钱柳中5种黄酮类成分的含量,并两种方法测得结果的差异,对一测多评法进行含量测定的科学性与可行性进行评价.结果表明5种黄酮类成分的相对校正因子在不样品中重复性较好,对于同批次样品采用一测多评法与外标法测得的结果之间没有显著性差异.以木犀草素为内标同时测定黄酮苷、山奈酚、槲皮素与异槲皮苷的一测多评法可用于青钱柳的定量分析.

Abstract:To establish a method for simultaneously determination for the content of five main flavonoids (luteolin, flavonoid glycoside, kaempferol, quercetin and isoquercitrin) in Cyclocarya paliurus by single marker, which is feasible and accurate. Taking luteolin as internal standard substance, to establish a method for quantitative analysis of multi-components with single marker. To determinate the content of luteolin, flavonoid glycoside, kaempferol, quercetin and isoquercitrin in Cyclocarya paliurus. The contents in 5 batches of samples came from 3 different regions were determined by both external standard method and quantitative analysis multi-components by single marker(QAMS). The scientificity and feasibility of the method were evaluated by comparison of the quantitative results between external standard method and QAMS. The results showed that the relative correction factor (RCF) was perfect. The results calculated with a single marker were consistent with the results by the external standard method. The method with a single marker is accurate and feasible to evaluate the quality of Cyclocarya paliuru.
