基于DSP的交流调速系统软开关三相逆变器的应用特性研究与分析

摘    要:目前,国内外对于交流调速逆变系统的研究非常活跃,但有关软开关以及DSP(Digital Singnal Processor)技术在三相逆变器中的应用研究却相对有些滞后.死区效应作为三相逆变器的主要特性,为了提高逆变器本身工作的可靠性,不断提高输出电流波形的质量,以辅助二极管变换极逆变器ADRPI(Auxiliary Diode Resonant Pole Inverter)为研究对象,在对其拓扑结构以及工作原理介绍的基础上,深入研究和分析了其死区形成原理、死区时间大小、影响死区时间的主要因素以及死区效应对逆变器的影响等内容,通过建立数学模型、进行仿真以及基于DSP所开展的交流调速相关实验,证明了通过采用ADRPI软开三相逆变器并合理设置其死区时间可以有效减小死区效应对逆变器输出电流质量的影响,为ADRPI软开三相逆变器的进一步实际广泛应用奠定了基础.

Abstract:At present, the study of soft-switching inverter technology in AC drive system is quite prevailing, while that on the application of soft-switching technology and DSP (digital singnal processor) technology are comparatively much lagged behind. The dead-time effect is the main characteristics of the three-phase inverter. So in order to improve the reliability of their work and the quality of output current waveform of the inverter, the ADRPI (auxiliary diode resonant pole inverter) is taken as an object to analyze the topology configuration and work principle. Based on these, formation mechanism, size and influencing factors of dead-time are investigated as well as the impact of dead-time effect on soft-switching inverter. Through mathematical model construct, simulation experiments and AC speed regulation based on the DSP, it’s demonstrated that the application of the ADRPI soft-switching three-phase inverter and reasonable configuration of dead-time is able to significantly improve that the quality of output current of inverter. These results provide references for further applying ADRPI soft-switching inverter in practice.
