摘    要:传统地质样品中痕量金测定通常使用锥形瓶电热板溶解矿样,酸液在受热过程中大量挥发,既造成了一定的浪费,又易产生对环境及人体危害较大的废气.因此,为降低酸液消耗,减少环境污染,本实验通过构建密闭水浴溶矿体系,改进了地质样品中痕量金测定时所使用的溶矿方式,并基于该体系,以铼为内标,结合泡沫塑料吸附电感耦合等离子体质谱法,测定国家一级金标准物质.结果发现,该方法操作简洁快速,灵敏度高(检出限为0.069 ng/g),所测定的金含量与传统方法无显著性差异,且与国家痕量金一级标准物质验证结果一致.同时,进一步降低了实验过程中对实验室环境的影响,保障了实验测试人员的身体健康.本实验表明密闭水浴溶矿-泡塑吸附等离子体质谱法,有助于更加高效环保地测定地质样品中痕量金,为地质样品的批量分析提供参考.

Abstract:Traditionally, samples are usually dissolved by acidic solutions in conical flask on electrical panel heater for trace gold analysis of geological samples. Due to the volatility of acid, large amount of acids are wasted and diffuse to the environment which is quite harmful to people. To reduce the usage of acids and air pollution, closed water bath dissolution method was introduced in the present work. The state’s grade I standard material was dissolved in closed water bath dissolution and then measured in combination of foam adsorption and Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry with rhenium as internal standard. Results showed that the above method is convenient and fastwith high sensitivity (with the detection limit of 0.069 ng/g). The gold contents measured through this method were consistent with standard value and that through traditional method. Furthermore, reduced impact on the surrounding environment was found, which would help protect health of technicians. These indicated that combination of foam adsorption Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry with closed water bath dissolution is beneficial to improve the efficiency and safety of trace gold determination, providing reference for application in large-scale analysis.
