| 摘 要： | 增音在语音的历史演变和连贯言语中都很常见,生成音系学对此已有不少论述。本文从优选论的角度,对增音现象进行分析并提出了增音制约条件的等级排列,证明音节首音合格式制约条件ONSET的等级要高于其他制约条件。文章以英语r音的插入为例,通过对忠实性制约条件和标记性制约条件的交互作用的分析,回答了为什么最优选择是增音而不是删音。

| Abstract: | Instead of generative phonological view,this paper suggests another perspective-an OT perspective to examine epenthesis and accounts for its constraints ranking.It also presents why the optimal candidate is insertion rather than deletion through the analysis of conflicts between faithfulness and markedness exemplified by epenthesis of consonant r. |
