试论新生代农民工公民意识及其培育

新生代农民工是我国社会主义现代化建设的生力军,研究其公民意识的现状与培育问题具有十分重要的意义。论文通过运用定性与定量相结合的研究范式,对贵州省贵阳市新生代农民工的公民意识现状进行了调查。其研究结果表明:当前我国新生代农民工的主体意识不强、权利义务意识缺乏、法律意识薄弱、政治参与意识淡薄。究其原因,主要受传统文化因素、市场经济负面因素、公民教育缺失、制度等因素的影响。要强化"新生代农民工"的公民意识,就要通过夯实培育新生代农民工公民意识的物质基础,健全新生代农民工政治参与的机制,提高新生代农民工自身的整体素质等手段来增强其公民意识。

On Raising the Citizen Consciousness of New Generation Migrant Workers

ew Generation of Migrant Workers is a main driving force to promote the China’s socialist modernization.To study the problem of Citizen Consciousness is very important.Using some qualitative research and quantitative research method,this paper researched Citizen Consciousness of New Generation of Migrant Workers in Guiyang,Guizhou.As a result,at present,New Generation of Migrant Workers as the main body is lacking of Citizen Consciousness,lacking of the Consciousness of rights,lacking of the law consciousness,lacking to participate in the management of state affairs.What is the reason of these phenomena? It may be caused by many reasons,such as the traditional culture,the downside of a market economy,the lacking of the education,the system factor affecting and so on.Strengthening Citizen Consciousness of New Generation of Migrant Workers,the basis of New Generation of Migrant Workers must be founded.Sound political system of taking part in the state affairs,raising quality of New Generation of Migrant Workers as the main body just as this,Citizen Consciousness of New Generation of Migrant Workers can be strengthen.
