| 摘 要： | 艾森豪威尔政府的强力干涉,导致老挝发生政治危机并演变为国际热点问题,成为继任的肯尼迪总统亟需解决的问题之一。肯尼迪政府在军事上继续帮助文翁—诺萨万政权对抗巴特寮和贡勒部队,同时探索和平解决老挝危机的途径,最后作出以1954年日内瓦协定为基础、通过国际会议解决老挝危机的抉择。

| Abstract: | Under the strong interference of the Eisenhower Administration,Laos Crisis arose and developed into an international hot issue and one of the inherited problems which the newly-inaugurated Kennedy Administration had to deal with immediately.The government went on assisting Boun Oum-Phoumi Nosavan regime in its battle against Pathet Lao and Kong Le on the ground and tried to explore a peaceful settlement.At last,it chose to solve Laos issue under the Geneva Accords of 1954 and hold an international conference. |
