四川民族地区中小学教师工作挫折成因研究

摘    要:教师的心理健康状况直接影响其身心健康与教学质量,而四川民族地区中小学教师由于主客观环境存在特殊性,其由工作挫折带来的心理问题不容忽视。在探究民族地区教师工作挫折成因的基础上,从社会、学校及教师三个层面提出调适对策。

Abstract:The psychology health of teachers directly influences their health of body and mind,as well as teaching quality.Due to the particularity of subjective and objective environment for primary and middle school teachers in Sichuan minority nationality region,their psychology issues caused by work should be raised for attention.Based on exploring the reasons of working reverse for teachers in minority nationality region,this thesis proposes to adjust solutions from the aspects of society,school and teacher.
