教育学人性立场下的教师角色

摘    要:教师是教育场域中一个具有理论和实践意义的价值主体,在教育学人性假设立场下,研究教师这一主体角色,包含着教育学学科理论建设的丰富意蕴。人性立场下的教师是应然与实然状态双重存在,应然状态下教师角色是立体化的现实个体,是具有独特精神气质的知识分子,是教育哲学的最高践行者,是知性与智性的存在体。实然下的教师遭遇着时代的困境和现实的职业倦怠,二者的最理想趋向统一是将教师职业转化为"志业"。

Abstract:The teacher is a valuable subject with theoretical and practical significance in the education field,and it is of great significance to study the role of teachers.The study is good for the pedagogy construction.The paper agreed with the dual existence to the role of teachers,which include the ideal and reality state.In the ideal state,the teacher should be the intellectual with special spirit and the greatest education philosophical actors,he owns knowledge and wisdom.But in reality,the teacher encounters times dilemma and realistic occupation burnout.The paper pointed out that the best way is the change of turning the teacher occupation to the faithful profession.
