怎么理解建设马克思主义学习型政党

马克思主义学习型政党建设的提出,是党在推进改革开放和社会主义现代化建设中,为适应日趋复杂的国际国内形势,不断提高党的执政能力而作出的战略决策,它体现了党保持理论上和实践上的先进性的本质要求,是在新的历史条件下继承和弘扬党的善于学习的优良传统、发扬党的政治优势的必然要求,同西方的"学习型社会"理论相比,在性质上有着原则的区别,在学习的内容上也有很大的不同,不能混为一谈。建设马克思主义学习型政党的关键是用中国特色社会主义理论体系武装全党,必须认真研读马克思主义经典著作,真学、真懂、真信、真用马克思主义基本原理。不能把建设马克思主义学习型政党理解为党的性质的变化。
