| 摘 要： | 本文从远程网络课程现状入手，提出现代远程网络课程设计与开发要以人本为突破口．从理论上指出了如何在网课中从人本的角度来实现激发学习者动机策略和自我控制策略，并相应给出了实现各种策略的实例。
