| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展 ,公用事业基础设施的扩建需要大量投资。本文结合资金时间价值和规模经济效应的特点 ,提出一种最小投资成本分析方法。在需求非线性增长情况下 ,借助于这一方法可以求出最优扩建规模 ,制定扩建计划资金流量时间表。

| Abstract: | With a booming economy,investments are needed in the infrastructure expansion of public unility.This paper develops a least cost analysis method which takes into account the advantage of both the time value of money and economic scale.When the demand is in geometrical growth ,the optimal expansion capacity and the planning timetable can be obtained. |
