论实现共同富裕的基础条件

收入差距的不断扩大严重影响着共同富裕的实现,这不仅是经济问题,更是影响社会主义和谐社会建设和党的执政基础的一个重大问题。目前致力于缩小贫富差距的主要措施都不足以从根本上解决问题。要实现共同富裕,我们必须从政治上实现民主,经济上巩固和发展公有经济的主体地位,思想观念上树立和谐社会和科学发展观的共同思想文化基础。

Widening income gap has seriously affected the realization of common wealth,it is not only an economic problem,but also a major political issues influencing building a socialist harmonious society and the party＇s ruling foundation.Now the main measures taken to narrow the gap can not solve the problem fundamentally.To achieve common wealth,we must achieve democracy in politics,consolidate and develop the dominant position of the public economy,establish a common ideological and cultural basis of a harmonious society and view of scientific development.
