| 摘 要： | 当前我国的高职教育面临着经费投入不足、资源短缺矛盾突出、企业积极性不高、校企合作难以拓展和深化、双师型师资队伍建设亟待加强等问题。建立财政主导的多元经费投入机制,政府引导、校企互动、行业协调的校企合作运行机制与校企互通的双师型师资队伍建设机制是实现高职教育科学发展的当务之急。

| Abstract: | Such problems as the lack of investment and resources,low activity of enterprises,rarity of experienced teachers and ＂teacher-engineer-type＂ teaching team construction exist currently in our higher vocational education.Systems of diverse investment by financial departments,college-enterprise cooperation and ＂teacher-engineer-type＂ teaching team construction are to be established for realization of its scientific development. |
