| 摘 要： | 事业单位作为我国三大基本组织形式之一,是一类重要的社会组织,其改革与发展直接关系到社会的稳定和发展。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立与完善,我国事业单位的改革势在必行。改革应以建立新型的事业单位管理体制为目标,为事业单位注入新的活力,使其更好地为社会主义建设和人民社会生活服务。

| Abstract: | As one of three basic organizational types,the public institution is a kind of important social organization.Its reformation and development directly concern social stability and development with great influence on the overall situation.With establishment and improvement of socialistic market economy system,the reformation for the public institution must be enforced and should pour vitality into public institutions by setting up the goal of building the new managing system to serve better for socialistic construction and civil life. |
