| 摘 要： | 传统的食品检验类课程群实践教学存在着教学内容、教学时间、教学方式、考核方法等方面的问题。整合、调整与完善食品检验类课程群实践教学内容,建立开放式实验实训室,以及建立＂食品检验高级工＂融入式考核模式等方法,可以有效解决目前教学中存在的这些问题。

| Abstract: | There are some problems about teaching content,teaching time,teaching method,assessment methods in the traditional practical teaching of food inspection course group.Integrating,adjusting and improving the practical teaching contents of the food inspection courses＇ group,building up the open experimental training rooms,and establishing the examination mode in combination with the food inspection senior technicians exam can effectively solve the above problems in current teaching. |
