摘    要:目前,人保公司的人力资源管理已初步体现出现代企业制度的某些特征,但同不断变化的新形势仍有不相适应的地方。因此,必须改革现有的人力资源管理制度,使员工个人价值得到最大程度的体现,个人能力得到最大限度的发挥,从而使企业在激烈的市场竞争中处于不败之地。

Abstract:At present, the human resources management of the Life Insurance Co mp any has initially shown some features of the modern enterprise system, however s ome problems still exist that do not fit in with the new situation with uninterr upted changes. Therefore, the current human resources management system must be reformed in order to make the individual value of the workers and staff members be embodied to the maximum degree and the personnel ability of the workers and s taff members be brought into full play, and further make the enterprise stand in an invincible position forever in the sharp market competition.
