B样条曲线数控R参数编程加工

摘    要:针对802S等中低档数控系统内存有限、加工由B样条曲线曲面组成的复杂零件轮廓过程中所遇到的问题,研究了使用数控系统R参数编程功能及指令实现德布尔算法计算B样条曲线上任一点坐标值的方法,生成了较短的R参数数控程序加工代码。使得中低挡数控系统中存入缩短的复杂零件程序进行快速加工成为可能。最后经802S系统数控铣床实际加工运行凸轮样条曲线轮廓段R参数加工程序验证缩短程序正确。零件精度满足设计要求。

Abstract:The question by the B-spline curved surface which in view of 802S in and so on the low-grade numerical control system memory limited, the processing which is composed in the complex components outline process meets, this article has studied the use numerical control system R parameter programming function and the instruction realizes the German Boolean algorithm to calculate the B transect curve to take office a coordinate figure, has produced the short R parameter numerical control procedure processing code.Causes to keep off the numerical control system to store the reduction lowly the complex components procedure to carry on processes fast into possibly.Finally passes through 802S the system numerical control milling machine actual processing movement cam transect curve outline section R parameter processing procedure confirmation reduction procedure to be correct.The components precision satisfies the design request.
