摘    要:经过1473K-30MPa-2h真空热压烧结制备得到不同Ti和Sc比例的合金材料。同时还制备了在厚度方向密度;位连续变化,密度从3.0到4.5g/cm^3的Ti—Sc系梯度材料,、金属Mg可以显著提高Ti—Sc合金及其梯度材料的密度.EPMA+EDS观察了材料的显微结构及成分分布。

Abstract:Ti-Sc alloys of different designed ratio were hot-press sintered at 1 473 K under the pressure of 30 MPa for two hours in a vacuum furnace. Ti-Sc FGM whose density changes quasi-continuously from 3.0 g/cm~(3) to 4.5 g/cm~(3) in the thickness direction was obtained under the same experimental conditions. Mg additive can greatly increase the densities of Ti-Sc alloys. The microstructures of Ti-Sc FGM and Ti-Sc alloys were investigated by means of EPMA EDS.
