摘    要:数学教师面临着专业发展的挑战,知识管理可成为发展专业知识的有效手段.运用知识管理促进数学教师专业发展,可以通过撰写数学专业日志、建立数学教学档案、开展行动研究、构建知识共享机制等途径去实现.

Abstract:The mathematics teachers are always facing the challenge of professional development.Knowledge management can be an effective means in developing professional knowledge.Recording professional daily log,establishing teaching file,carrying out action research,setting up knowledge share mechanism are the possible ways for promoting the professional abilities of mathematics teachers.
