丙烷R290在家用空调器中替代R22的研究

摘    要:该文利用新的立方型状态对R290和R22的热力学性质进行了计算,在标准空调工况下对它们的理论制冷循环性能进行了对比,并在爱特牌KF22GW分体式房间空调器上进行R290替代R22的实验。实验结果表明,在不对空调器作任何改动的情况下,在恰当充液量下,R290的制冷量与R22几乎相等,而能效比增加

Abstract:The thermodynamics properties of R 290 and R 22 are calculated in this paper by the new cubical equation of state.Their theoretical cool circulation properties are compared under the standardized working conditions of the contioneers.A test was made on subitituting R 290 for R 22 in a KF 22GM air conditioner.The test results show that R 290 and R 22 have almost the equal refrigerant capacity withent any change of the conditioner and proper amount of refrigerant.At the same time EER is increased.
