摘    要:介绍了新型充气膜吸收技术的基本原理,讨论了应用技术回收起爆药废水中叠氮化物过程的操作参数对传质系数的影响。结果表明:随着废水酸度的增加,传质系数也相应增大;随着废水中叠氮化的物浓度的增大,传质数略有减小;

Abstract:The basic theory of Gas Filled Membrane Absorption Technology(GFMAT) is introduced briefly in this paper.The influence of operation parameters,such as pH concentration,velocity and temperature on the mass transfer coefficient is discussed in detail for the recovery of azide from wastewater of primary explosive.It is shown in research:With the increasing of acidity of feed solution,the mass transfer coefficient increases correspondingly among experimental range.With the increasing of concentration of feed solution,the mass transfer coefficient is slightly decreased.The mass transfer coefficient is directly proportional to the cube root of feed velocity.The logarithm of the mass transfer coefficient varies linearly with the reciprocal of absolute temperature of feed solution.Azide recovery can be effectively made by rational operetion parameters.The new technology has many advantages,such as high recovery efficiency,low energy consumption,no secondary pollution and convenient operation.GFMAT opens up a good prospect for the recovery of azide from wastewater.
