| 摘 要： | 讨论了敏捷企业的组织模型，提出了以产品为中心的多项目组的企业组织运行模式，该模式使企业在组织结构上具有灵活性、可重组性、能够迅速实现自我调整以适应不断变化的竞争环境，从而提高企业的敏捷竞争能力，指出了中国企业走敏捷化的道路过程中，现阶段企业的组织构造实现应采取职能部门与项目组并存的形式。

| Abstract: | The organization model for agile enterprise is discussed. The running paradign of the product-focused project teams is presented, which makes the organizational structure of enterprise agile and reconfigurable so as to achieve rapid self adaptation to the changeable and competitive environment and to improve agile competence of enterprise. It is pointed out that the current organizational structure in Chinese enterprises is composed of integrating the project teams and the functional departments in the process of implementing agility in Chinese enterprises. |
