| 摘 要： | 通过对宝钢公司项目的分析,得出一个项目中的利益相关者在项目的不同层次中有着不同的影响力,这些利益相关者可以分为内部、外部和客户.同时,基于这些利益相关者的知识,文化价值观和个人利益,他们对整个项目也会有不同的看法.
