环加筋旋转锥壳自由振动的理论与试验研究

摘    要:基于弹性薄壳线性理论,应用李茨分析法和频闪全息干涉度量术,对旋转锥壳机械系统自由振动作了全面的理论与试验研究.文中详细介绍了关于环筋的数量、质量、刚度、分布位置及附加块等因素对壳体在中低谐振频段上自由振动基频和振型的影响的定性和定量研究结果,以及频闪全息干涉试验方法,理论分析结果与试验数据相吻合,文中有关这些研究结果的公式、结论、曲线及图表,可供工程实际中壳体结构设计的参考.

Abstract:Based on the linear theory of elastic shells,and by using Li Ci's analytic method and measure technique of stroboflash hologram interference,comprehen-sive research has been made on the free vibration of mechanical system of rotationally cone-shaped shells.This paper presents in detail not only the quali-tative and quantitiative resuIts of effect of such factors as number,quality,strong degree and distribution positions of circular stiffening ribs and additional pieces,etc,on the fundamental frequency and mode of vibration of free vibration of shells on the middle and low resonant channels,but also the experimental meth-ods of stroboflash hologram.The theoretical resuIts are found to be in coinci-dence with the experimental data.The formula,conculsion and diagram of these research resuIts may furnish the referential basis for the design of shell structures in practical project.
