巴勒斯坦建国的历史机遇与条件

联合国关于巴勒斯坦分治决议为巴勒斯坦阿拉伯人和犹太人的建国梦想提供了历史机遇,但在客观上却激化了双方矛盾。在此后半个多世纪里,从此阿以战争、冲突不断,和平进程异常艰难。我们认为,强有力的巴勒斯坦政府、以色列充分的和平诚意、美国的公正调解、双方领导人非凡的智慧与勇气,是最终解决巴以争端所必不可少的条件。

On the Historic Challenges and Conditions to Resolve Palestinian Issues

The resolution made by United Nations to partition the territory between Arabs and Jews offered the historic challenge to the establishment of Palestine, which, however, objectively intensified the discrepancy between the both par0ties. The following fifty years saw the historic incidents from four times of Middle East War to the starting up of peace process till Camp David negotiations between Palestine and Israel. It was until at that time that it came the good opportunity to resolve the Palestinian issues. But the peace talks ended without an agreement being reached and peace was still the castle in the air. Analyzing the reasons, we think that the powerful Palestinian government, Israel's sincerity for peace, just intermediation of USA and the remarkable wisdom and courage of both parties' leaders were the indispensable elements to dissolve Israeli-Palestinian conflicts.
