摘    要:采用硝酸-高氯酸湿法消化发样,用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定青少年白发中Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg的含量,确定了最佳仪器工作条件和样品处理方法;试验准确度高,回收率在96%~102%之间,相对标准偏差RSD不超过5.02%.结果表明,Cu、Zn元素的缺乏可能是导致青少年白发的原因之一.

Abstract:The Zn, Cu, Fe 、 Ca, Mg content in juvenile white hair is measured by FAAS(Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry), nitric-perchloric acid is used as digestion solution to digest the hair samples. The optimal experimental conditions of instrument and sample digestion are determined. The method has high accuracy and the recovery rate are 96%- 102%, while the RSD(Relative Standard Deviation) is less than 5.02%. The results show that lack of Zn and Cu maybe a reason which generating juvenile polios.
