摘    要:提出了基于EPT-CDIO理念的校企合作工程应用型人才培养模式,采用了以"面向工程、夯实基础、强化能力、推进实训"为主线的设计思路,构建了五平台课程教学体系和技能四递进的实践教学体系,并改革了教学方法;构建了"四结合"立体化育人环境,建立了多元化考评机制,把知识、能力、社会三者融合起来,让学生更好地适应合作企业的需求,实现了培养方案与企业人才需求的对接.

Abstract:This paper presents a personnel training model of school-enterprise cooperation engineering application based on the idea of EPT-CDIO. The model of "facing engineering, tamping foundation, strengthening ability, promoting training" is the main line of the design idea. This paper presents five platforms of courses teaching system and four progressive of skills practice teaching system, and reforms teaching methods. Stereo cultivation environment of "combining the four" is constructed. A diversified evaluation mechanism is established, so that students can better adapt to the needs of the cooperative enterprises by integration of knowledge, ability and society, and docking training programs with talents requirements of enterprises is realized.
