摘    要:电力电站发电机组换热器中管板与换热管之间的角接接头环形焊缝质量是整台换热器制造质量的关键,须采用全位置自动化精密焊接工艺。本文在详细分析换热器管板自动焊接工艺特点的基础上,利用自行研发的全数字管板焊接系统进行了换热器管板全位置自动焊接工艺试验研究,探讨了换热器管板焊接主要工艺参数对焊接质量的影响规律,获得了换热器管板精密焊接的工艺规范,并在100万KW超临界发电机组换热器管板的焊接生产中进行了验证。

Abstract:The circumferential weld quality of the enormous corner joints between the heat exchange tube and plate in the medium-sized or large scale heat exchangers (condensers) of power station generating units is the key to ensure the manufacturing quality of heat exchangers, and it need full position automatic precise welding technology. In this paper, based on a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the automatic tube-plate welding process of heat exchanger, the study of full position automatic tube-plate welding process was carried out by using a self-developed full-digital tube-plate welding system for heat exchanger. The effect on the welding quality of the main process parameters was explored, and the process specification for precise welding of the tube-plate was obtained. In the end, the obtained process specification was verified in the on-site tube-plate welding of heat exchanger of one million kW supercritical generating units.
