试论我国农村合作金融的治理结构——基于政府-农村合作金融机构负责人的委托-代理关系分析

以赫维克兹（Hurwicz，1960）和霍姆斯特姆、米尔格罗姆（Holmstrom and Milgrom，1987）的模型为基础，以我国农村信用社为例，对我国农村合作金融的治理结构，主要是政府与合作金融机构负责人之间的委托—代理关系进行考察，得出了四个不同条件下的命题，并有针对性提出了改善我国农村合作金融治理结构的建议与对策。

Using Hurwicz、Holmstrom and Milgrom's design theory model, taking our country's rural credit cooperative as the example, to investigate on our country's rural cooperative financial administration structure, mainly of the request - proxy relation between the government and rural cooperative financial organization controllers, having obtained four propositions under different conditions, and proposed target-oriented suggestions and countermeasures to improve our country's rural cooperative financial administration structure.
