无缺陷纳米晶TiO2用于染料敏化太阳电池

摘    要:以P25为原料,采用水热法制备出以菱形为主的具有完整结构的无缺陷纳米晶TiO2并用于染料敏化太阳电池上。纳米晶直径为12nm左右,比表面积达到112 m2/g。与用P25制成的膜相比,用纳米晶制成的介孔膜能吸附更多的染料和具有更好的光捕获效率。用纳米晶组成的染料敏化太阳电池具有高的光电流密度和转换效率。

Mesoporous Film Electrodes Composed of defect-free nanocrystalline TiO2 for Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
Abstract:Dye-sensitized solar cells were fabricated based on the defect-free nanocrystalline TiO2. The nanocrystalline prepared from P25 by the hydrothermal method with mainly of rhombic shape have the diameter of ca. 12 nm, and possessed as large as 112 m2/g specific surface area. The mesoporous film made from the defect-free nanocrystalline TiO2 absorbed more dye molecules and exhibited higher light harvesting efficiency (LHE) as compared with the film made from P25. The photocurrent densities and conversion efficiencies of the dye-sensitized solar cells based on the defect-free nanocrystalline TiO2 films were obviously superior over those of the cells based on the P25 films.
