摘    要:以口腔修复中具有代表性的磨牙冠为例,利用逆向重构技术,首先对其复杂的型面结 构进行反求测量获得磨牙冠的点云数据,然后基于点云数据重建零件模型和完成再设计。结 合理论分析、仿真和实验的方法分析其加工工艺性,从而合理的选择铣削参数以减少加工过 程中由于切削力导致的刀具及工件变形对工件加工质量的影响,和由于刀具和零件的颤振变 形导致的加工误差。针对该零件的特点,生成合适的数控刀轨、加工出实物,检测表明符合 设计要求。该分析方法对同样复杂的零件的加工具有参考价值。

Abstract:Take the molar crown which is typically in dental restoration as an example, by using reverse remodeling technique, engineer can measured its complex structure, obtained point-cloud data, and then reconstruction and re-design of the parts based on this point-cloud data. Combine the method of theory analysis, simulation and experiment to analyze the processing technology. Choose reasonable milling parameters to reduce the fabricating error which is caused by deformation of part and cutter in milling. Chatter and cutting force are the reasons for the deformation of part and cutter. In view of the molar crowns' characteristic, a suitable NC tool path been generated, then fabricated it, the result of test shown that consistent with design requirements. This analysis method has a reference value for the machining of parts with complex structure.
