CVC轧机辊形曲线设计及等效凸度探讨

针对一些文献中轧辊等效凸度确定方法不完善而导致CVC辊形曲线求解不准确的情况,改进了等效凸度的确定方法,并对三次CVC辊形曲线进行了求解.经过分析认为CVC轧辊的等效凸度应该是轧辊横移量和板带宽度的函数,并推导了包含板带宽度的CVC轧辊等效凸度公式,为不同宽度板带的凸度控制提供了理论依据.计算结果表明该等效凸度的计算方法是合理的,对辊形为三次CVC曲线的轧机,板带越宽,轧机的凸度控制范围越大,CVC横移对板带凸度的影响越显著.

Discussion on Design of CVC Roll Profile and Its Equivalent Crown
