摘    要:为了提高三偏心蝶板的堆焊效率和设备自动化程度,使堆焊过程稳定、可靠,设计了以80C196KC单片机为核心的控制系统.首先,用VC 编写了数据采集程序,采集了蝶板的轨迹.然后,通过MATLAB编程分析了轨迹的特性,设计了滤波及步进电机换向等关键算法.最后,结合系统的响应时间,设计了步进电机的升降速曲线.整个软件采用结构化设计,查表的编程方法.试验结果表明,控制系统稳定,跟踪及时可靠,可实现三偏心蝶板的自动等离子堆焊.

Abstract:A control system with monolithic computer MCU-80C196KC as its kernel was designed to improve the stability,reliability,and efficiency and equipment automation of welding process of triple eccentric butterfly valve.Data-gathering program was compiled with language VC to gather the track data of butterfly valve firstly.Then,the characteristics of the track was analyzed and the key algorithm of filter and inverter was designed with MATLAB.Finally,the ascending and descending speed curve of stepping motor was designed according to the system response time.The whole software adopted programming policy of structural design and table look-up.The results of experiment showed that the control system was stable,and the tracking was timely and reliable,so that it could realize automatic welding.
