ZnO压敏陶瓷次晶界及其对陶瓷性能的作用

摘    要:研究了在烧结过程中,烧结温度与等温烧结时间对ZnO晶粒中次晶界的影响及次晶界对ZnO压敏陶瓷电性能的作用,结果发现随烧结温度升高、等温烧结时间延长,次晶界趋于消失,次晶界的存在将增大ZnO晶粒的电阻率、削弱ZnO压敏陶瓷的脉冲能量吸收能力。

Abstract:The effects of sintering temperature and soak time on the sub- grainboundaries in ZnOgrains and the effects of sub-grainboundaries on the electrical characteristics of ZnO varistorceramics were investigated.It is found that sub-grainboundaries tend to disappear with theincreasing of sintering temperature and soak time,Sub-grainboundaries can not only raise re-sistivity of ZnO grains,but also deteriorate the pulse energy absorption capability of ZnOvaristor ceramics.
