基于NX6的五轴加工中心数控加工仿真系统设计

摘    要:NX的集成仿真校验(ISV)是一个完全可定制的用于仿真完整机床加工过程的模块。它辅助用户建立精确的机床运动模型,以便在NX的制造环境中预览所有的机床加工操作。本文以HURONK2X8_FIVE机床为例,介绍了在NX6环境中创建五轴加工中心数控加工仿真系统的方法。

Abstract:Integrated Simulation and Verification (ISV) of NX is a fully customizable module used to simulate your entire machine tool in the cutting process. It helps you build an accurate kinematics model of your machine tool which you can preview all machining operations when you work in Manufacturing of NX.. In this paper, HURON K2X8 FIVE machine as an example, describes the method that create a CNC machining simulation system of five-axis machining centers in NX6.
