毛冬青叶三萜酸提取纯化研究

摘    要:以毛冬青叶为原料,齐墩果酸为标准品,用香草醛比色法测毛冬青叶三萜酸的含量,通过单因素试验和正交试验相结合的方法考察了提取次数、料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间对毛冬青叶三萜酸提取的影响。结果表明,提取的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶16,乙醇浓度70%,提取时间90min,提取2次,在此条件下所得三萜酸含量为6.18%。此方法简单易行,为进一步开发利用毛冬青叶提供科学依据。

Abstract:The extraction process of triterpenoids from Ilex pubescens Hook leaves was investigated.The triterpenoids composition was determined by spectrumetric method with oleanolic acid as a reference.The influence of extracting times,radio of liquid to material,extracting time and concentration of ethanol on the triterpenoids of yield were evaluated by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimum conditions were 1∶16 in radio of liquid to material,concentration of ethanol 70%,extraction time 90 min and extracting two times.The content of triterpenoids was 6.18% in extract.
