| 摘 要： | 为了确定采用滴滤塔生物膜法去除烟气中二氧化硫过程中氧化亚铁硫杆菌最佳生长条件,通过比较和一系列实验,确定了氧化亚铁硫杆菌最优的生长测定方法比浊法的测定条件和具体步骤.结果表明,与传统的化学法相比,比浊法测定氧化亚铁硫杆菌的数量,进而反映其生长情况和菌液活性是一个快速且行之有效的方法. |

| Abstract: | In order to study the growth of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans in desulfurization of flue gas adopting biotrickling filter,the turbidity method of growth measure for Thiobacillus ferrooxidans is adopted in the experiment.The results show the method is very rapid and effective,which is correspondent with traditional chemical methods. |
